This place is not made for a 53ft trailer. Plus all these rental trucks are in the way. No care in the world for commercial truck drivers.
This is not the first time I have had trouble with Sears. I was due for a 9/15/18 then I got an email rescheduling it for 9/18/18. I didn't come so I had to call them. When I call the representative told me it had been rescheduled again for 9/22/18. I informed the lady I took time off for the delivery and I would not be home 9/22/18. I never received a email or call to say my delivery had been rescheduled yet again. Also when I called I got every excuse in the world as to why I wouldn't receive my refrigerator. They were very nonchalant with me. This is very unacceptable because now I have no refrigerator.
Helpful and friendly people
The repairman called to let me know that he was running late. He was polite and cheerful.He put on foot covers to protect the house floors. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and offered suggestions.This is everything I am looking for when appliances misbehave.With an experience like this, I will call Sears Home Services for the 16 salons that I own in the area. Thank you Thank you!
